01. How to order
How do I make an order?
Select your items by clicking on them and selecting “Add to cart”. When you have added all the items you wish to purchase, click “Buy now” or click on the shopping bag icon at the top right of screen. You can pay via credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I return an order?
We will accept returns with 14 days where the items remain in a saleable condition but cannot cover postage for return of the items. Please contact us here about any problems with postage, damage to items or returns. For full online store terms and conditions see here.
02. Shipment
You can choose either to have your items posted to you or to pick them up in person at a Solidarity meeting in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. When placing an order you should see an estimate of how long your order will take to arrive. Please allow a few additional days before making an enquiry about lost items.
How is postage calculated?
Shipping costs within Australia are calculated automatically when you purchase your items. Postage charges are calculated according to standard Australia Post rates.
How do I arrange to pick up my order in person?
If you want to avoid paying for postage you can choose to pick up your items at a Solidarity meeting or event. If you choose this option during purchase we will contact you to let you know when your order is ready to pick up and where you can get it. You can check our regular meeting times and venues here.
